Where We Came From

ALM began in 2003 under a technology license from the University of Texas. A group of dedicated chemical, processing and engineering experts embarked on a mission to commercialize the development of Additive Manufacturing (AM) material systems. Since then, the scope of our work has exponentially broadened to include highly specialized research and development of thermoplastic Rapid Prototyping (RP) and AM materials for our clients. The function of our business is simple: we are responsive to your needs and provide the necessary support functions required to continually earn your business. We believe in establishing and growing relationships based on value and service.

Our newly renovated and expanded Temple, Texas, facility is designed to produce materials in all its various forms, allowing for flexible material development in a single location.

From sourcing of raw materials, grinding, heat treatment, compounding and more, we’re able to create materials and confirm their suitability for laser sintering.

We provide laboratory services and can analyze materials to ensure optimum performance in additive manufacturing.
